Terms and Conditions
All sales are made with the understanding that Plantations BL Christmas Trees shall not be liable in the event of crop loss or damage due to adverse weather conditions, damage during shipping and/or unloading, or in any other unforeseen event of which we have no control over. In the event that a confirmed order cannot be harvested or delivered, a refund shall be provided for any payment or deposit we have received; not to exceed the original amount.
Trees are graded and sized according to the directives of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the National Christmas Tree Association (NCTA).

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority. Our Customer Service Representatives are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (EST), to provide support with the ordering and delivery process. If you need support or have a routine issue after your order was shipped, please use the Returns & Refunds page to contact us. Click here to access the Returns & Refunds page. Usually, all inquiries are replied within 48 hrs. If we are unable to resolve a routine issue or provide complete satisfaction with our trees, a replacement tree will be provided. Our goal is to create and maintain a long term relationship with our valued customers; by ensuring expectations are met!
Once the delivery has been completed, the “care” of the tree is the customer’s responsibility. Christmas trees and wreaths are natural products that are perishable and fragile. The Care Instruction Label that is included with the tree ( https://blchristmastrees.com/real-christmas-tree-care/ ) should be carefully read and followed.
Delivery
All Christmas Tree Shop orders will be delivered the week of December 6th, 2015. A preferred delivery day & time cannot be specified as delivery is scheduled for the week of December 6th. Please note that orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and/or FPO addresses.
Orders are delivered by either FedEx Ground and UPS services from our plantations to your doorstep. No signature required, orders will be delivered to your doorstep even no one is home.
Upon shipping, your own tracking number will be automatically generated and sent by email. Please visit www.fedex.com and www.ups.com to know the status of your delivery.
Depending of the product purchased in the order, it can be shipped from different locations and can be delivered at different dates. The order’s delivery status can be verified with the appropriate carriers using the tracking number you will be provided when each item is shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Plantations BL Christmas Trees with a secure place to leave the order using “Front Door Delivery Service.” If it is determined by the carrier that the delivery was not possible due to issues with the location, we will not be responsible for a refund or replacement.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment is received. Plantations BL Christmas Trees will donate the tree to a local charity or non profit organization if it is no longer required by the customer.
