If we are unable to resolve a routine issue or provide complete satisfaction with our trees, a replacement tree will be provided. Once the delivery has been completed, the “care” of the tree is the customer’s responsibility. Christmas trees and wreaths are natural products that are perishable and fragile. The Care Instruction Label that is included with the tree ( http://blchristmastrees.com/care-instructions/ ) should be carefully read and followed.
