Where do we ship to?
We deliver to every home in the following States: AL, AR, CT, DC (Washington, DC), DE, FL, GA,IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI, WV. The shipping rate for each product is available at the CART page, using the shipping calculator. Due to the carriers we work with, we cannot deliver to PO Box or FPO.
Can I use multiple vouchers/coupons in the same order?
Depending of the coupon type, it could be possible that orders must be placed separately, if you encounter a problem with your coupon code, please contact our Customer service specialists, they will assist you with pleasure.
Can I pick the tree up directly at your location?
Sorry, we do not have a pick up location. Our goal with the new *Home Delivery Christmas Trees* program is to provide our customers with a "Front Door Delivery Service" experience.
Can I have more than one shipping address on the same order?
Please keep in mind that the entire order will be shipped to one address only, and cannot be divided into two different shipping locations. However, the shipping address can be different from the billing address; you will be asked to provide all information upon checkout.
What is the quality of your trees?
Each single Christmas Tree sold is of heavy density foliage and symmetrical shape combined with a distinctive, long lasting freshly cut tree scent, adding a pleasant aroma to your home. Each tree is individually and carefully selected, make sure it will meet our customers' expectations.
Are they fresh cut trees?
Christmas trees will be harvested and sent to you within the shortest possible delay. Within approximately 5 days from harvesting, trees will be delivered at your doorstep. To verify if delivery is available in your area, refer to the ''States Available'' tab in each products description.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the quality?
Love your tree or let us know, we'll always make it right!
Which tree sizes are available?
There are 2 different sizes available for *Home Delivery Christmas Trees* program, either in the Balsam fir or Fraser fir variety.

  • 6'-7'
Can I specify a date and time for the delivery?
All Christmas Tree Shop orders will be delivered the week of December 6th, 2015. A preferred delivery day & time cannot be specified as delivery is scheduled for the week of December 6th . Please note that orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and/or FPO addresses. Upon shipping, your tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to you by email. Please visit www.fedex.com and www.ups.com to know the status of your own delivery.
I live in an apartment on the 4th floor, what will happen with my delivery?
Please specify your unit number during checkout, our carriers will bring it directly to your door.
Is it mandatory to be at home for the delivery?
No, we use a Front Door Delivery Service, with no signature required. Our carriers will leave your trees at your door even if no one is at home.
What is the deadline to place my order and have it delivered in time for the 2015 holidays ?
The order deadline for this season is December 3rd 2015 at 12PM EST. Vouchers/coupons not redeemed by this date could be used in 2016 for the following Christmas season.
Can I offer the tree as a gift?
Yes, feel free to share your Holiday spirit! Simply enter the shipping information of the person you wish to receive your gift during checkout!
What should I do when I receive my tree?
There is a care instruction label included with every tree. By following those easy tips, you should be able to keep your Christmas tree fresh for about 3 weeks, providing you with that fresh aromatic scent of the forest throughout your home over the entire holidays. Will all items from my order be delivered at the same time?
Depending on the product purchased and the location of the item, each item could have a different delivery date. The order’s delivery status can be verified with the appropriate carriers using the tracking number you will be provided when each item is shipped.
When will I receive my tracking number after I have placed an order?
Upon shipping, your own tracking number will be automatically generated and sent by email from our carriers. Please note that you will receive a separate tracking number for each item you have ordered, depending on the item's location, as each item is shipped individually. A second email notification will be sent when the order is on a vehicle for delivery. A third and final email notification will be sent once delivery has been completed.
