Balling

All trees grown in our family farm are individually baled, maximizing on the freshness. We have many baling machines, operated by a three person crew, working during the harvest season in November.

Trees are baled with color roping (WHITE for BALSAM fir Christmas trees and BLUE for FRASER fir Christmas trees). We have changed over the years the baling process; we are now using more roping instead of plastic netting used previously. We find baling trees with roping is more efficient, less dammages to the trees and easier for the clients to move trees around in their selling area.
